Demand Planner, OXO

Location: New York, New York, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $64,000–$80,000 annual base pay in New York City, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and distribute monthly sales and revenue forecasts by region and channel across multiple time horizons.
• Develop category, sub-category, and SKU-level demand plans to support supply planning and business decisions.
• Analyze historical sales, demand drivers, forecast data, statistical models, inventory, and service-level performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Inventory leadership on consensus planning, allocation, replenishment, and Open-to-Sell reporting.
• Support S&OP processes, inventory strategies, new product launches, product phase-outs, and never-out-of-stock initiatives.
• Maintain demand planning systems, improve processes, document procedures, educate staff, and report planning KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, analytics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 4 years of supply chain experience in a consumer goods company.
• Experience with S&OP, inventory planning, and demand and supply planning.
• Project management experience, strong Excel and reporting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication, autonomy, self-starting ability, and capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, and Demantra.
