Planner (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in Vista, California, United States

Annual salary: $72,500–$90,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Plan finished instruments, refurbished instruments, and customer-facing materials to support product availability and customer delivery commitments.
• Manage customer orders, establish and communicate Customer Ready Dates, and provide visibility into order status and product availability.
• Execute inventory planning activities and support strategies that balance customer requirements, inventory investment, holding costs, and inventory turns.
• Act as a planning contact for Global Sales regarding fulfillment priorities, supply constraints, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Global Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to align demand, supply, inventory, and customer priorities.
• Identify and communicate supply or capacity risks and support mitigation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of planning, forecasting, and analysis for inventory management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Vista, California.

Nice to have

• ERP system experience, preferably SAP, with knowledge of order management.
• Experience driving continuous improvement using AI tools and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
