Senior UX Designer I

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must verify eligibility to work in the United States.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, with potential performance-based bonuses and additional incentives.

What you will do

• Participate in all agile scrum ceremonies.
• Facilitate design research meetings.
• Create UX/UI designs for new and enhanced web application features.
• Develop user flows, prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and other UX artifacts.
• Refine designs based on feedback from project leaders, developers, stakeholders, and end users.
• Present research findings and design recommendations to different stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer supporting web-based applications.
• At least 5 years of experience with Figma and FigJam for user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting user research, testing designs with end users, synthesizing system data, and evaluating designs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience developing UX artifacts for design research and information architecture.
• Experience with the Atlassian suite in large-scale Kanban or Scrum development environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability and verify U.S. employment eligibility.
