UX Designer (AI)

hirify.global is building ActAI, an AI-native application designed to help users manage conversations, errands, organisation, and workflows with minimal prompting.

What you will do

• Own the UX for ActAI's core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design complete AI-assisted user flows from intent capture through task completion, including handoff, progress tracking, confirmation, and error recovery.
• Design interfaces that communicate AI activity, decisions, required user input, and changing system states.
• Model states such as loading, thinking, acting, waiting, completing, stalling, failing, and recovering.
• Work with product, engineering, and ML teams to define requirements and deliver concrete design solutions.
• Conduct usability research and produce wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and shared UX patterns.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer mobile or web applications with a strong portfolio.
• Strong skills in user-flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
• Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent systems.
• Understanding of user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven experiences.
• Experience conducting user research and turning findings into design decisions.
• Good judgment regarding usability, edge cases, failure handling, and recovery flows.

Nice to have

• Experience balancing simple consumer interactions with complex, multi-step AI workflows.
• Experience working in fast-moving teams with evolving product scope.
