Process Engineer - International Falls (Paper Manufacturing)

Location: International Falls, Minnesota, United States; onsite at a white paper mill

Salary: $86,000–$127,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees.
• Optimize processes and support energy and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct technical and process studies and implement new technologies.
• Complete projects and development activities supporting future operations and maintenance positions.
• Support operator training and build knowledge across process areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Paper Science, or Environmental Engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Current valid driver’s license required.

• Co-op or internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
