NPC Manufacturing Engineer- CMP

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, operating sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate product improvements and new-product releases with other engineering functions.
• Lead Design for Excellence activities to reduce manufacturing and product costs and improve quality.
• Define time standards and recommend tooling and process requirements.
• Develop test procedures, evaluate results, and identify root causes and corrective actions during assembly or system testing.
• Perform Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, prepare reports, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of experience.
• Conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem-solving.
• CMP background or knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work in a clean room and use required personal protective equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to perform standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting duties.
