Process Engineer II - New Product Development (MedTech)

Location: Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, United States; onsite at least 4 days per week. Less than 10% travel is required. Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.

Salary: $84,000–$126,000 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and battery designs for new product development.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, Quality, and Reliability teams in a regulated industry.
• Transfer manufacturing concepts, processes, tooling, and equipment into production while targeting safety, quality, yield, cycle time, and OEE objectives.
• Plan and execute process validation activities, including characterization, OQ/PQ, TMVs, measurement systems, statistical process control, and process release.
• Develop manufacturing equipment requirements and work with suppliers through equipment design, build, FAT, SAT, and IQ stages.
• Perform feasibility studies, material and process selection, requirements reviews, cost and schedule assessments, and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with no required experience.
• Experience or capability in manufacturing process development, process validation, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work onsite in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, at least 4 days per week.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required for the duration of employment.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available for this role.
