Location: Willimantic, Connecticut, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $74,000–$112,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Develop, document, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes using appropriate data and tools.
• Evaluate and synthesize internal and external information to solve complex problems and make decisions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Assess the risks and rewards of process improvement opportunities.
• Scope projects, organize work into logical steps, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues, involve relevant stakeholders in planning, and support high-performance work teams.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in process-driven, continuous operations.
• Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies.
• Proven project management skills and strong project management capabilities.
• Strong record of implementing Lean Sigma tools and experience leading high-performance work teams.

Nice to have

• Wire and cable manufacturing experience.
