Sr Staff Product Support (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead logistics and sustainment planning for UAS programs across design, production, deployment, flight testing, and field support.
• Develop and maintain integrated logistics support products, including maintenance concepts, support equipment designs, provisioning inputs, spares plans, and sustainment documentation.
• Perform Maintenance Task Analysis and define maintenance requirements, task frequencies, tools, equipment, skill levels, labor hours, and maintenance levels.
• Manage Logistics Control Number structures for provisioning, maintenance planning, technical documentation, configuration tracking, and sustainment data.
• Lead reliability and maintainability activities, including Level of Repair Analysis, FMECA analysis, maintainability assessments, reliability growth inputs, and availability improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate supply support, suppliers, repair vendors, depots, engineering, manufacturing, field operations, program management, and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, supply chain, aviation maintenance, business, or a related field; equivalent military or defense logistics experience may substitute.
• 8+ years of experience supporting UAS or fighter aircraft logistics and sustainment.
• Demonstrated experience with Maintenance Task Analysis, maintenance planning data, and Logistics Control Number structures.
• Experience with reliability and maintainability principles, failure modes, reliability growth, availability metrics, field performance analysis, and LORA development.
• Hands-on experience with spares planning, provisioning, inventory management, parts forecasting, repairables management, and sustainment execution.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, bills of material, configuration data, maintenance data, and technical documentation, with the ability to lead cross-functional logistics efforts.

Nice to have

• Experience with integrated product support elements, provisioning, sparing, or supportability tools such as PowerLOG-J, SLICwave, COMPASS, CASA, OPUS10, or EAGLE.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007, SAE TA-STD-0017, MIL-HDBK-502A, or related product support standards.
• Experience developing logistics inputs for CDRLs, technical manuals, maintenance plans, provisioning data, sparing recommendations, or lifecycle sustainment plans.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, or MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, Teamcenter, Arena, or Windchill.
• Active and current security clearance with the ability to obtain SAP access.
