Senior Manager, Network Operations & Logistics (Mobility)

Location: San Francisco; hybrid schedule with in-office work three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Base salary: $175,000–$220,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and operate the end-to-end delivery network across airports, delivery zones, mobility hubs, hotels, homes, and other destinations.
• Build and scale mobility hubs, including staging, parking, turnover, pickup, delivery, and last-mile operations.
• Launch and expand Pit Crew turnover-as-a-service, defining its service model, quality standards, and unit economics.
• Own network reliability through SLAs, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and closed feedback loops.
• Lead and develop the Airport PM and Delivery Zones PM while building an accountable, high-performing operations team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Partnerships, and vendors to instrument performance, control costs, and scale the operating model.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or general management, including multi-market delivery or marketplace operations at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering, operations, supply chain, or business preferred.
• Experience building and operating delivery or logistics networks across multiple regional markets.
• Strong marketplace, supply-and-demand, analytical, and data-driven operating skills, including hands-on SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with reliability management, incident triage, root-cause analysis, SLA ownership, standardized playbooks, and controlled rollouts.
• Demonstrated people leadership and cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles, connected-vehicle systems, fleet technology, physical operations, facilities, real estate, or site buildout.
• Experience in airports, travel, mobility, or car rental.
• Python or data-pipeline experience, an MBA, or a technical or engineering background.
