Senior Transformation Delivery Manager

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America; open to Baltimore, Bridgeport, New York City, or Buffalo within the corporate footprint.

Salary: $118,200–$197,000 annual USD.

What you will do

• Lead the MTEFG technology and platform transformation program, including core system consolidation and upgrades, requirements, data, integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate Product, Technology, Business, senior leadership, and external vendor stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and manage transformation initiatives in accordance with enterprise governance standards.
• Align technology solutions with business objectives, regulatory requirements, scalability needs, and customer experience goals.
• Establish delivery rhythms, performance reporting, success metrics, risk tracking, issue escalation, and value realization practices.
• Maintain internal controls, address audit and regulatory issues, and mentor team members in transformation delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in business and technology transformation programs, product management, or project management; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience applying program governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools to large-scale transformation programs.
• Certification such as PMP, SAFe, Agile, or a related credential.
• Track record of leading enterprise-level, high-impact change initiatives and delivering measurable business value.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, adaptability, and ability to lead through ambiguity.
• Ability to comply with risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.

Nice to have

• Experience coaching or developing transformation talent and mentoring junior practitioners.
• Experience with customer experience, UX, or human-centered design teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Miro, Target Process, Trello, or similar collaboration tools.
• Banking or financial services experience and understanding of related regulatory and operational dynamics.
• People leadership experience, including performance management, resource planning, recruitment, or mentoring.
