Product Manager - Commercial Lines (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid role based in Short Hills, New Jersey, or Hartford, Connecticut

Salary: USD 146,000–189,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into an actionable vision and value-based roadmap for an agile program.
• Own end-to-end value delivery, program outcomes, prioritization, and feature backlog management.
• Represent internal and external customers, gather feedback, and incorporate customer needs into product direction.
• Lead market and competitive research, data collection, analysis, and business-value assessment.
• Lead and develop Product Owners, guide agile ceremonies, and remove delivery obstacles.
• Manage cross-program dependencies, communicate outcomes, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry and experience with regulated products.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, 2+ years in an insurance line-of-business role, and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with product and software development lifecycles.
• Expert knowledge of agile methodologies, tooling, requirements writing, and backlog refinement.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• College degree preferred.
