Staff Product Operations Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $170,000–$196,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Build scalable approaches for organizational readiness, product launches, workflow changes, and adoption.
• Conduct change-impact assessments across teams, policies, tools, training, and patient experience.
• Develop rollout, enablement, communications, pilot, and phased-release plans with Product, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Support stakeholders.
• Monitor launch performance, adoption, and post-launch friction, turning feedback into product and operational improvements.
• Build feedback systems that synthesize patient and internal-user insights into actionable recommendations.
• Improve product processes, planning rituals, launch calendars, intake processes, decision frameworks, and roadmap visibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Change Management, or a related field.
• Experience building processes and programs from scratch in a fast-moving organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex product launches or organizational rollouts.
• Strong change-management, stakeholder-analysis, communication, training, readiness, and adoption-measurement skills.
• Experience converting qualitative and quantitative feedback into product recommendations and influencing without formal authority.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
