Commissioning Project Manager (Water Treatment)

Location: Hybrid role based in London, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 CAD per year, plus eligibility for bonus pay

What you will do

• Guide customers through equipment installation and commissioning activities to achieve water quality objectives.
• Build project plans, budgets, and communication strategies for multiple concurrent projects.
• Review customer installation documentation and provide solutions to ensure site readiness.
• Interpret customer needs and requirements through contract and specification reviews.
• Investigate system and process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Share solutions with internal stakeholders to support product improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience working with external contractors and engineers.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve site-specific difficulties.
• Experience using continuous improvement to drive change and improve efficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&ID technical drawings is preferred.
