Project Manager - Equipment (HVAC)

Location: Hybrid work in Maitland or Fort Myers, Florida; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a flexible work location on Fridays.

Salary: $58,045–$80,640 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Manage HVAC equipment projects from initiation through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, and project execution.
• Review construction schedules, generate ship status reports, and track product lead times and project status.
• Coordinate equipment, controls, services, pricing, cost estimates, project schedules, dependencies, and milestones.
• Manage material and vendor orders, purchase orders, equipment orders, receipts, payments, and equipment startup work orders.
• Monitor forecasted costs, project cash flow, progress billing, collections support, and resource management.
• Resolve freight, customer, warranty, and scope issues while maintaining customer satisfaction and transitioning warranties to service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business management preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or construction management preferred.
• Financial management and budgeting experience required.
• Working knowledge of construction disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and temperature controls.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, multitasking, and computer skills.
• Experience with Microsoft software and Teams, with the ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
