Program Manager, Services Solutions & Delivery Acceleration (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois, or Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Annual base salary: $129,000–$177,100 USD for specified U.S. locations, or $103,000–$140,800 CAD for Canada.

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle of packaged professional services solutions such as QuickStarts, migration packages, and specialized health checks.
• Standardize and package reusable API scripts, automation code, configuration templates, connector modules, workshop kits, and documentation.
• Establish global IP harvesting and governance across internal delivery teams and external service partners.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to launch services solutions alongside new product releases.
• Define and track adoption, attach rates, time-to-value, project efficiency, and customer outcome metrics.
• Use Generative AI to create code samples, synthesize configuration schemas, identify repeatable custom builds, and verify delivery quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Services Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or Technical Enablement Lead in SaaS, cloud platforms, or technology consulting.
• Experience packaging complex services into standardized, fixed-scope solutions and managing service lifecycles with product teams.
• Understanding of APIs, scripts, system integrations, consulting methodologies, workshops, intake forms, and project toolkits.
• Experience defining program KPIs and using Tableau, Salesforce, or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong collaboration, technical writing, and communication skills across architects, product teams, marketing, and external delivery partners.
• Demonstrated use of Generative AI for technical workflows such as code generation, API payload synthesis, or schema parsing.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Okta, Auth0, or Identity and Access Management architecture.
• Experience with GitHub, developer repositories, or software packaging workflows.
• Understanding of professional services economics, including utilization, billable rates, and margin optimization.
• Pragmatic Institute, Agile Product Management, or PMP certification.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
