Manager, Business Analysis And Insights (E-commerce Fraud)

Location: Change Building AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead analytical initiatives supporting B2B customer strategies and stakeholder needs.
• Develop relationships with key partners and coordinate business activities and projects.
• Provide data-driven analysis and market insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Oversee fraud detection rulesets for B2B e-commerce transactions and support compliance.
• Manage reporting and operational processes to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Hire, train, mentor, and manage the performance of associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, project management, or a related area.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Ability to work from the Bentonville, Arkansas home office.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Project Management or Six Sigma certification.
• Knowledge of a statistical programming language.
