Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights

Location: Walmart Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Build scalable tools, processes, and governance for pricing execution across business units and channels.
• Establish pricing standards, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Define business requirements for pricing systems and drive workflow automation and enhancements.
• Develop KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational scorecards to measure pricing performance and execution quality.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Pricing, Merchandising, Technology, Product, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Provide leadership with actionable insights on workflow health, SLA adherence, and pricing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 2 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Expertise in pricing operations, governance, or enablement in a complex cross-functional environment.
• Experience using data and analytics to define KPIs, generate insights, and support business decisions.
• Experience leading large-scale projects, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Nice to have

• Statistical programming experience.
• Experience supervising associates and working on cross-functional teams or projects.
• Master of Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
