Clinical Care Navigator, Overnight (Sunday - Thursday; 12am - 8am ET) (Mental Health)

Location: Remote; Sunday through Thursday, 12am–8am ET or equivalent in your time zone

Salary: $33.33–$38.93 per hour

What you will do

• Provide real-time clinical support, psychoeducation, referrals, and resources through a clinical phone queue.
• Use active listening, motivational interviewing, CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to support members with mental health, substance use, and relationship concerns.
• Assess risk, provide crisis support and safety planning, and follow up with high-risk members.
• Recommend care plans and coordinate connections with therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources.
• Document interactions professionally and collaborate with care providers, Provider Operations, Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams.
• Participate in case consultations and training, and support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.

Requirements

• Active independent license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist.
• At least 2 years of direct clinical care experience.
• Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning.
• Strong listening, written, verbal communication, critical-thinking, multitasking, and independent decision-making skills.
• Availability for the scheduled overnight shift, occasional shift changes, and holidays that fall on scheduled shifts.
• Comfort using multiple technology platforms and learning new systems.
