Clinical Care Navigator (Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote within the United States only; work cannot be completed from outside the United States. Must be available for a Tuesday–Saturday shift in one of the following time zones: PST, MST, CST, or EST.

Salary: $38.65 per hour base rate, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide clinical consultation to HR, ER, benefits leaders, executives, and other organizational stakeholders on behavioral health concerns and workplace dynamics.
• Coordinate and facilitate critical incident stress debriefing responses, including responder selection, logistics, and follow-up outreach.
• Deliver discreet, high-touch support to executives and VIP employees handling complex clinical concerns.
• Conduct proactive outreach to employees in crisis, including in-the-moment support, risk assessment, safety planning, and care navigation.
• Identify barriers to care and use Lyra’s software and other resources to connect clients with appropriate treatment.
• Manage a complex caseload, collaborate across internal departments, and maintain confidential HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical social work or an equivalent qualification.
• Independent clinical licensure is required, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC; supervised hours toward licensure are not provided.
• At least two years of post-license experience, preferably in EAP, a clinical call center, or organizational consulting.
• Significant experience with high-risk clinical situations, including suicidality and mandated reporting, as well as CISD coordination.
• Experience working with HR, ER, and/or corporate leadership teams.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.

• Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) certification.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability.
