Sr. Technical Recruiter

Location: San Francisco, CA — hybrid; employees based in San Francisco and San Jose are expected to work from the office approximately 2–3 days per week or more depending on the role.

Cash compensation: $150,000–$185,000 for San Francisco and New York; final offers vary based on location, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across hirify.global, with a focus on requisition-based hiring and strategic alignment with business needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand organizational goals and develop customized hiring plans.
• Build consultative relationships with hiring managers and influence recruiting decisions throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Develop sourcing, outreach, and closing strategies for exceptional and representative talent pipelines.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience from initial engagement through the hiring process.
• Collaborate with Compensation, People Partners, and Executive Operations while improving scalable recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a high-growth technology environment.
• Demonstrated success with requisition-based recruiting and mid- to senior-level hiring.
• Experience influencing and coaching hiring leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G Suite.
• Experience using AI and talent intelligence tools to improve recruiting efficiency and quality.
• Experience with inclusive hiring, representative pipelines, funnel metrics, and data-informed hiring strategy.
