International Trade Services Analyst Senior

Location: In-office in East Brunswick, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $45,000–$75,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Process basic to moderate international trade transactions according to applicable procedures, rules, guidelines, and regulations.
• Evaluate transactions, identify exceptions, and address escalated items under supervision.
• Administer trade compliance controls and escalate issues to mitigate bank risk.
• Prepare responses and documentation for inquiries and ad hoc requests involving international trade products.
• Verify transaction completeness, accuracy, service-level compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while supporting Documentary Collections operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience is typically required; a bachelor's degree is listed for the position.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to read detailed technical documentation and quickly learn computer systems and international trade administration processes.
• Knowledge of international trade, imports and exports, trade compliance, and standard operating procedures.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, Incoterms 2020, GTS, and SWIFT payment processing.
• Experience with risk mitigation, process improvement, customer solutions, and global compliance.
