Operations Senior Specialist (Banking Operations)

Salary: $25.93–$41.43 per hour, with eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Execute daily operational activities, including data entry, reporting, transaction processing, document management, client support, and administrative work.
• Identify and resolve routine issues and discrepancies using established procedures, escalating when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, regulations, and operational risk requirements.
• Attend and host trainings and team meetings for feedback, coaching, and development.
• Manage direct reports through metrics reporting, goal setting, and coaching.
• Support special projects and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, certificate program, or high school diploma.
• 1–3 years of experience in bank operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Enhanced awareness of operational risk.
