Salary: $50,160–$75,240 USD per year

What you will do

• Perform daily quality reviews and execute controls before final investor services deliverables are sent.
• Review trade confirmations, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, contact updates, cash release emails, and wire instruction updates.
• Conduct and review AML/KYC activities and investor reporting.
• Identify breaks and discrepancies and coordinate resolution with the investor services team.
• Prioritize competing needs, meet delivery deadlines, and complete projects independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadline pressure and adapt to changing review requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.
