Transcend Deployment Process Manager (ERP)

Location: Hybrid role requiring on-site work at least three days per week and up to two remote days. Locations include Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; Madrid, Spain; and Lisbon, Portugal. Travel of up to 35% domestically and internationally may be required.

Salary: €61,800–€106,260 annual base pay in the primary posting location; Portugal: EUR 50,500–EUR 86,365.

What you will do

• Lead global ERP deployment releases across multiple functional workstreams.
• Develop integrated deployment plans, KPIs, deliverables, readiness activities, and release health metrics.
• Coordinate business, technology, testing, cutover, hypercare, change management, training, compliance, and program leadership teams.
• Manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies, governance reviews, executive reporting, and decision-making.
• Drive standardization, simplification, continuous improvement, and adoption of deployment best practices.
• Develop Contracting, Pricing, and Billing requirements, process maps, acceptance criteria, testing documentation, and rollout support.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree; Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in project or program management, ERP deployment, or business transformation.
• Knowledge of customer service, commercial contracting, billing, and pricing, with experience in supply chain, operations, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in highly matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders across teams.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and verbal, is required. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated environments is required.

Nice to have

• Project management, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or SAP certification.
• Experience with testing, cutover planning, hypercare, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Experience leading global teams across regions and cultures.
• Spanish, Portuguese, French, Dutch, or German proficiency.
