Program Manager (Transformation)

What you will do

• Define and lead global transformation roadmaps aligned with client strategy, translating business objectives into initiatives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technology, operations, people, and process workstreams across complex international or multi-entity programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, facilitate strategic decisions, and remove critical roadblocks.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, reporting cadences, and executive performance visibility.
• Manage operational, financial, and organizational risks, dependencies, business cases, ROI, and mitigation plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, productivity, operational KPIs, and customer experience.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of professional experience, including 5–8 years managing complex, large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience with end-to-end transformation, multi-workstream delivery, international or multi-entity environments, and coordination of multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management experience with C-level leaders, boards, and executive sponsors.
• Experience with governance, steering management, financial tracking, ROI, business cases, risk management, and delivery against critical deadlines.
• Strategic thinking, executive communication, influence, negotiation, structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and resilience in ambiguous environments.
• Solid experience with program management frameworks such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent, plus Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
