Complex Program Manager

What you will do

• Define program vision, outcomes, success measures, and roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Lead multiple interconnected projects, managing dependencies, sequencing, scope, schedules, and resources.
• Establish program governance, reporting cadence, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Provide direction and support to project managers and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Manage program financials, including forecasts, budgets, tracking, and approved commitments.
• Use metrics and stakeholder engagement to monitor performance, mitigate risks, and ensure quality and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex programs with multiple concurrent projects and interdependencies.
• Strong expertise in program governance, planning, risk management, and delivery controls.
• Experience managing program financials, forecasts, budgets, and trade-offs.
• Ability to coordinate and influence project managers and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Experience using data, dashboards, and metrics to manage performance and predict risks.

Nice to have

• PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or another program or project management certification.
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with large-scale IT or transformation programs, external partners, vendors, or customer-facing delivery.
