What you will do
- Drive all phases of SoC development projects, from architecture definition through silicon validation and product release.
- Lead cross-functional core teams and coordinate technical stakeholders across global R&D organizations.
- Build and maintain project plans covering milestones, schedules, ownership, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project reviews, monitor project health, and provide transparent reporting to senior management.
- Escalate and resolve critical issues, support technical decisions and architectural reviews, and ensure documentation and quality closure.
- Assess project risks and drive mitigation plans to keep development on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing complex semiconductor or SoC development projects from concept through silicon bring-up and production release.
- Understanding of semiconductor product development, system architecture, and SoC design flows.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
