Analyst — Customer Performance Analytics (SQL)

Location: Onsite in the Plano, Texas or Draper, Utah office, Monday through Friday; travel between locations may be required. U.S. work authorization is required.

What you will do

• Translate complex customer, transaction, clickstream, CRM, and enterprise datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Business Unit leaders to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and growth priorities.
• Create executive-ready presentations, business narratives, visualizations, and data stories for strategic decision-making.
• Support full-funnel recurring reporting, automated dashboards, and self-service analytics using Power BI, Sigma, SQL, Snowflake, and related tools.
• Improve analytical methodologies, data quality, documentation, validation, prioritization, and project management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or 2+ years of analytics experience.
• Strong SQL coding skills are required, along with experience using coding languages and data-wrangling tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and create compelling visualizations and data stories.
• Experience with tools such as Python, SAS, Snowflake, Alteryx, AWS, Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, solve problems creatively, and collaborate across internal teams.
