Senior Manager, Credentialing & Provider Data Management Systems (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead a technical team supporting credentialing and provider data management operations.
• Oversee credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians, mid-level practitioners, and organizational providers.
• Manage provider data updates, training materials, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate system updates, enhancements, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure provider records, enrollment specifications, specialty types, and demographics remain accurate and compliant.
• Manage production of hard-copy and online provider directories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• NCQA, credentialing, and provider data management knowledge.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong technical background and experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of state and federal requirements, health plan policies, and managed care operations.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with Portico, Amisys, or CenProv.
