Credentialing Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: US Remote; flexible remote or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year plus bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process and ensure clinicians are fully vetted and ready to treat patients.
• Administer CAQH ProView profiles, including profile pulls, re-attestations, and technical enrollment troubleshooting.
• Investigate sanctions alerts and NPDB queries, documenting and escalating adverse findings.
• Audit credentialing standards and maintain accurate provider rosters with large provider groups.
• Own the re-credentialing calendar and coordinate with Account Management to resolve compliance bottlenecks.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for licenses, certificates of insurance, and accreditations.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or managed care operations.
• Working knowledge of CAQH ProView and NPDB query processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a compliance-focused approach to reviewing provider files.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve ambiguous files independently.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets, and comfort working in a technology-first environment.
• Ability to use AI for daily drafting, analysis, and research while checking outputs and protecting sensitive data.

Nice to have

• CPCS or CPMSM certification.
• Experience with CAQH SanctionsTrack.
• Background in radiology, imaging, or high-growth outpatient provider networks.
