Senior Manager of Strategic Credentialing and Network Operations (Healthcare)

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end, multi-state provider credentialing and enrollment across commercial and Medicaid/MCO health plans.
• Reduce provider ramp time from offer acceptance through billing activation.
• Manage third-party credentialing vendors through defined KPIs, SLAs, and accountability processes.
• Build and operationalize delegated credentialing arrangements and lead audit-readiness activities.
• Partner with RCM, Clinical Operations, Legal, and Technology on roster management, EHR integrations, and billing alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment experience, preferably in multi-state behavioral or mental health.
• Deep expertise in delegated credentialing, NCQA standards, health plan audits, and Medicaid/MCO requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing third-party vendors against SLAs.
• Strong analytical and systems mindset, including provider-to-payer ramp metrics and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with health plan network directors, executive stakeholders, and external vendors.

Nice to have

• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or CPCS-MS certification.
