Maintenance Supervisor (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Columbus, Nebraska, United States. The position is open only to applicants who qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

What you will do

• Supervise technicians performing production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of production and engineering equipment.
• Track equipment utilization and manage preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Maintain spare-parts inventory, documentation logs, and required sign-offs.
• Coordinate with the facility maintenance group and direct technician training.

Requirements

• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic controls, PLC logic, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and RF induction systems.
• Bachelor’s degree and ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, automated manufacturing equipment, and robotics equipment.
• Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• HAZWOPER and RCRA certification required; applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations.
