Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Cheswick, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $30.37–$43.06 per hour, with 1.5x overtime pay for work beyond 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and restore machinery safely and quickly.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Collaborate with production and other maintenance personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Build multicraft technical skills through paid training and advancement programs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft maintenance skills.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, weekends, and extended hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Technical degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Cheswick, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing.
• Previous experience working with industrial production equipment.
