Principal IAM Cyber Strategy (IAM)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $130,530–$221,920 USD annually

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for enterprise IAM data services and identity data products.
• Own product backlogs, prioritization, delivery, adoption strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee identity data architecture, modeling, quality, governance, analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Build trusted data sources for access reviews, certification campaigns, privileged account governance, entitlement management, and risk reporting.
• Identify and prioritize AI, machine learning, anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, and predictive risk use cases for identity services.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, risk, compliance, audit, data, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of product management, agile delivery, roadmap development, stakeholder management, and complex enterprise technology products.
• Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management, including IGA, PAM, authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, access certification, and identity risk management.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, Zero Trust, and regulatory and audit control expectations.
• Experience with identity data architecture, data governance, analytics, reporting, and enterprise data platforms such as Databricks.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
