Dispatcher - Logistics Analyst

Location: Ft Worth, TX, USA; on-site only

Environmental services company providing recycling, waste, hazardous waste, special waste, and field services across North America.

What you will do

• Coordinate drivers, trucks, containers, routes, and daily service operations.
• Analyze route data and update routing plans to improve capacity, efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
• Monitor in-transit operations, resolve issues, and communicate continuously with drivers and customers.
• Manage missed pickups, service exceptions, swing routes, route closures, and on-time pickup and delivery.
• Oversee driver safety, asset security, route compliance, disposal plans, and performance concerns.
• Partner with the Operations Manager on disposal plans and operational changes.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of experience in dispatching or a similar leadership role preferred.
