What you will do
- Manage U.S. tariff activities, including customs entry reviews, tariff reporting, invoicing, reconciliations, forecasting, and broker invoice validation.
- Identify tariff optimization and cost-saving opportunities and support integrators with tariff cost recovery documentation.
- Maintain vendor master data, review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and monitor payment status.
- Coordinate the North American rental and pre-production fleet, including robots, lifts, line dispensers, and rack tooling.
- Track equipment inventories, refurbishment, pickups, deliveries, and fleet availability.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs such as on-time logistics delivery, inventory levels, and transaction accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in supply chain operations, logistics, customs compliance, procurement, or a related function.
- Experience with invoices, reconciliations, financial data, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with internal teams, customs brokers, suppliers, and integrators.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, import/export processes, and tariff management.
- Experience with customs brokers, international logistics providers, vendor master data, or accounts payable.
- Familiarity with supply chain KPIs, operational reporting, and continuous improvement.
