Salary: $20.35–$34.97 per hour

• Coordinate daily linehaul field operations and assignments.
• Apply transportation procedures and regulations, including DOT requirements.
• Manage changing priorities and multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with varied audiences and collaborate with operational teams.
• Use Microsoft Office software and web-based applications to support daily work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Knowledge of linehaul field operations, transportation practices, procedures, and DOT regulations.
• Strong time management, organizational, multitasking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work productively in a team environment and implement operational processes.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
• Previous dispatch experience.
