Supervisor Manufacturing

Location: Cynthiana, Kentucky, United States; onsite manufacturing facility. Fixed night shift required, with rotating shifts, nights, holidays, and up to 5% domestic or international travel as needed.

Expected compensation: $84,595–$103,394, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Manage and supervise 20–50 production employees across five production departments.
• Oversee daily operations covering safety, quality, service, people flow, and material flow.
• Approve production reports and administer vacation planning, overtime coverage, audits, and related documentation.
• Identify and resolve safety, ergonomic, equipment, and quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Coach and develop employees through training, performance management, safety and quality programs, and leadership development.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and coordinate with process engineering and plant maintenance teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, mechanical, computer, administrative, and short-term planning skills.
• Ability to work fixed night shifts, rotating shifts, nights, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple assignments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Previous management or supervisory experience and five years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of coaters, slitters, compounding, solvent recovery, DOT compliance, hazardous materials regulations, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
