Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Welding/Fabrication/Paint)

Location: Kewaunee, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, second shift

Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead one or two production areas and provide daily support to union and non-union manufacturing teams.
• Plan and facilitate work to meet production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.
• Coach team members, provide performance feedback, and support the development of high-performance work teams.
• Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards while responding to product and process nonconformances.
• Conduct root-cause analyses, lead Kaizen events, and implement improvements to machines, processes, materials, and assembly.
• Create value stream maps and standard work while maintaining accurate production records and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with three or more years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to plan and organize projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience leading and coaching teams is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with welding, fabrication, and paint processes.
• Experience working in a unionized facility.
