Shift Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Frenchtown, NJ, USA; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $93,600–$105,300 annual base salary, plus a 12.5% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Lead safety processes and best manufacturing practices for the assigned shift.
• Coordinate production scheduling to meet customer demand, manage overtime, minimize inventory, and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement using SPS, Six Sigma, Kaizen events, and lean manufacturing.
• Build productive relationships that support employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide direction, training, development, counseling, and discipline for hourly employees.
• Identify and implement capital projects that improve operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or engineering strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Frenchtown, New Jersey, on the 2nd shift.
