Sr Lead - IAM Privileged Access Engineering

What you will do

• Own the strategy, governance, engineering, and operational oversight of privileged access management capabilities.
• Lead adoption, optimization, upgrades, integrations, and governance of CyberArk PAM, including PSM, CPM, AAM, EPM, and PTA.
• Integrate CyberArk with critical infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, databases, identity governance platforms, ticketing systems, and automation tools.
• Design and monitor controls for privileged workforce and non-human identities, including credential rotation, access reviews, session monitoring, and secrets management.
• Evaluate risks, control gaps, policy exceptions, and remediation plans while supporting audits, RCSA activities, and regulatory examinations.
• Provide strategic direction to PAM engineering and operations teams and present risk posture, metrics, and roadmaps to senior leadership and regulators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or PAM-related disciplines.
• Deep experience administering or engineering CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of privileged account governance, credential vaulting, session management, secrets management, and least privilege principles.
• Experience with Saviynt, Active Directory, Entra ID, authentication and MFA platforms, identity governance, and non-human identity management.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, NIST CSF 2.0, FFIEC guidance, COBIT, and financial services regulatory expectations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
