PAM Engineer (CyberArk)

Salary: $104,300–$193,700 base salary annually, plus an eligible discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage privileged accounts and secrets in CyberArk Privilege Cloud while maintaining security and compliance standards.
• Support access rotation, auditing, logging, privileged-session operations, and incident resolution.
• Conduct access reviews, audit assessments, and compliance reporting for accounts, secrets, and access policies.
• Identify security risks, perform root cause analysis, and drive mitigation actions with internal teams and vendors.
• Lead onboarding of accounts, servers, applications, and secrets using CyberArk connectors and plugins.
• Maintain PAM documentation and deliver training on use cases, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent English with strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and consultative communication skills.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud in enterprise environments.
• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent CyberArk certifications.
• Experience with PowerShell or Python, AWS or Azure environments, and SIEM or monitoring tools.
• Ability to prioritize work in high-pressure environments and operate independently with sound judgment.
• Flexibility with scheduling to support global operations and business needs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CyberArk Secrets Hub or Conjur.
• CyberArk CDE, Guardian, Trustee, or Defender certification.
