IAM Senior Engineer (Identity and Access Management)

What you will do

• Contribute to the strategy for a robust enterprise identity management program.
• Architect, build, test, deploy, and monitor IAM systems.
• Assess stakeholder requirements and design suitable IAM solutions.
• Develop processes, policies, and standards aligned with security best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, IT, and HR stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in identity management and authentication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and identity and access management.
• Experience with IAM products such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Okta, or Microsoft Azure AD.
• Knowledge of RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO, PKI, and authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Experience integrating IAM and SSO solutions with web-based, mobile, internal, and third-party applications.
• Experience with Jenkins and Ansible in CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Java/J2EE enterprise web development experience.
• Industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
