Lead Senior Engineer, Identity Governance

What you will do

• Define and execute IAM strategy aligned with business and security goals.
• Architect, build, test, deploy, and monitor IAM services across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, passwordless authentication, and Zero Trust controls.
• Develop secure integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, and SCIM.
• Automate joiner-mover-leaver provisioning and access workflows through APIs and scripting.
• Lead technical escalations, service health monitoring, incident response, audit support, and collaboration with Engineering, Compliance, IT, and HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in IAM and software engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions with SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID hybrid environments, AWS Identity Center, and GCP IAM.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Zero Trust, MFA, passwordless authentication, and SSO integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell or Python, REST APIs, and IAM automation and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow, and regulated environments including SOX, PCI, and MICS.
