Distribution Planner (Hydrogen)

Location: Albany, NY; shifts available at Vista/Slingerlands or remotely from the East Coast. Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Pay rate: $23.50–$34.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain the hydrogen logistics network across North America.
• Track telemetry levels, collect operational data, and review historical customer usage.
• Forecast customer demand and liquid and compressed hydrogen deliveries from company plants and third-party providers.
• Coordinate fulfillment activities with regional distribution managers, logistics, operations, customer service, vendors, and drivers.
• Notify internal stakeholders and customers about fulfillment status, delivery issues, and operational events.
• Maintain tracking reports and customer correspondence records while providing customer service by email and phone.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least 3 years of experience in supply chain, transportation dispatch, demand planning, or forecasting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, solve problems, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to respond attentively to driver needs, emails, and Microsoft Teams inquiries.
• Professional, results-oriented approach and ability to work with management and support staff at all levels.
