Senior Advisor - Creator Partnerships & Programs (YouTube)

What you will do

• Develop and execute a long-term creator partnership strategy focused on YouTube and creator-led media.
• Identify, recruit, cultivate, and manage relationships with creators, creator-owned businesses, agencies, management firms, production companies, and platform partners.
• Create creator-led content, storytelling, fundraising, awareness, and audience-growth opportunities with internal marketing, communications, and creative teams.
• Build scalable frameworks for creator recruitment, activation, stewardship, measurement, and long-term ecosystem development.
• Partner with YouTube strategy leaders to expand content distribution, audience reach, and engagement across hirify.global-owned properties.
• Report on creator strategy, performance, trends, budgets, and opportunities to senior and executive leadership while leading cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Entertainment, Public Relations, Digital Media, Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent relations, entertainment marketing, digital media, strategic partnerships, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of the creator economy, YouTube creator ecosystems, creator business models, and talent management structures.
• Proven experience developing and managing strategic creator partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and high-profile external partners.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships within the YouTube creator ecosystem.
• Experience working with creator agencies, managers, talent representatives, or production companies.
• Experience with creator-led fundraising, social impact campaigns, or mission-driven organizations.
• Experience building long-term creator ecosystems rather than campaign-based influencer programs.
