Associate Bioskills Lab Coordinator (MedTech)

Location: Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite work at the bioskills facility

What you will do

• Plan and execute cadaveric lab trainings across Spine, Imaging Navigation and Robotics, Trauma, and Total Joints divisions.
• Equip and prepare the bioskills facility for surgeon design, product development, clinical affairs, research, and field sales training labs.
• Support labs from scheduling and setup through scrub tech and circulating duties.
• Operate the C-Arm and perform X-Ray Tech functions during cadaveric procedures.
• Unpack delivered cadaveric specimens and prepare specimens for disposal or crematorium pickup.
• Complete post-lab cleanup, including occasional evening and weekend work.

Requirements

• Associate degree or trade school certification.
• At least two years of experience working with medical professionals, such as in surgical technology or radiology technology.
• Willingness to work in a cadaveric setting and perform onsite laboratory duties.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, organizational, multitasking, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and attention to detail.
