Senior Consultant/ Process Lead — Implementations (Yardi)

Location: North America; salary ranges are provided for US-based hires and Toronto-based hires.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 USD for US-based hires or $120,000–$160,000 CAD for Toronto-based hires, plus a variable bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the functional and process authority for Yardi implementations, advising project teams and leadership on system capabilities and best practices.
• Lead business process reviews, document current-state workflows, identify gaps, and define future-state processes aligned with Yardi functionality.
• Translate business requirements into configuration decisions covering accounts, properties, entities, workflows, reporting, security roles, and related system setup.
• Support data conversion scoping, historical data mapping, validation, conference room pilots, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop training materials, quick-reference guides, and process documentation for core teams and end users.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live hypercare, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate between users, technical teams, and Yardi.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager or related modules, including experience from implementations, super-user, or systems administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and property management processes, including accounting, leasing, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle Yardi implementation, upgrade, or major configuration project.
• Experience designing and facilitating conference room pilots and UAT, with strong attention to data accuracy and testing rigor.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and facilitation skills, including the ability to work with end users, finance and operations leaders, and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
