Law Enforcement Response Specialist I

Location: Arizona; hybrid schedule with in-office work three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annual base salary in Phoenix, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Triage, verify, and process subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, and law enforcement inquiries according to established procedures and SLAs.
• Produce and disclose authorized data, including business records certifications, Certificates of No Record, and sworn declarations.
• Document case activity, chain of custody, disclosures, and closures in Resolver.
• Verify requestor identity before disclosure and route civil subpoenas, lien holds, claims, and airport violations to the appropriate teams.
• Escalate non-disclosure orders, grand jury secrecy clauses, and content-data requests requiring Legal review.
• Apply account holds, bans, monitoring, and expiry notifications while identifying patterns that may indicate organized fraud or criminal activity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in Operations, Trust & Safety, Law Enforcement, or a similar environment.
• Working knowledge of search warrants, grand jury and administrative subpoenas, court orders, non-disclosure orders, and content versus non-content data.
• Ability to document case actions accurately and communicate disclosure decisions clearly under legal and time pressure.
• Excellent written communication skills for law enforcement correspondence, certifications, and sworn declarations.
• Ability to work across Resolver, Dunlop, Sift, Kustomer, Google Workspace, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, prioritization, confidentiality, responsiveness, and judgment while managing concurrent requests and strict SLAs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience processing law enforcement requests or working directly with law enforcement agencies.
• Familiarity with subpoenas, search warrants, and court orders.
